Role Overview:
As the Sales Head, you will spearhead our efforts to penetrate and dominate the education market. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to position Allrounder.ai as the go-to solution for schools. Your leadership will drive the company's revenue growth, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop a scalable sales strategy tailored to schools, aligning with Allrounder.ai's vision and goals.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, including public, private, and international schools.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
Market Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand school-specific needs and pain points.
- Build partnerships with school boards, educational associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent Allrounder.ai at industry events, conferences, and expos to showcase our offerings.
Revenue Growth and Management:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Forecast revenue and manage budgets for the sales department.
- Design incentive programs to motivate the team and drive performance.
Product Evangelism:
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Train schools and administrators on leveraging Allrounder.ai's features for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the EdTech market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding the education system and school procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions in education.
- Established network within the education sector.
- Experience selling to school administrators, principals, or district boards.
