Social Media Executive

Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with a strong background in social media marketing, campaign management, and content strategy to enhance our brand presence and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should be experienced in both paid and organic social media strategies, with a keen analytical approach to measuring success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging platforms to continuously upgrade strategies.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality posts and visually appealing creatives (should be able to ideate and draft post contents).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
• Certification in Social Media Marketing is a plus.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a primary focus on paid advertising.
• Proven expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Ads for at least 2 years.
• Strong understanding of organic social media strategies and their role in driving conversions.
• Ability to create and execute data-driven campaigns that generate measurable results.
• Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Own laptop is required for this role.
