Achieving operational excellence and customer experience through team management and service deliveries
Ensure warehouse team attends and executes jobs on time without escalation
Conduct or review audits for operations such as storage, fine art, distribution, or transportation.
Create policies or procedures for operations
Ensure crew follows ops SOPs and HSE parameters
Design and implement a strategy that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer / vendor relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present ops performance, CSAT and customer SLA reports on weekly basis
Present vendor performance reports and cost control initiatives to the management
Ensure company policies are diligently adhered
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate degree in related field
Successful previous experience as operations head consistently excelling operational metrics
Proven ability to drive the day-to-day operations from order execution to delivery, resource & cost optimization, customer SLA adherence, escalation management
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, analytical, coaching, IT, people management and communication skills
