GM / AGM - Heat Treatment, 20+ yrs, Steel Industry, Faridabad

Candidate must have exposure in Steel Industries.

1. Production, Planning of Heat-treatment shop.
2. Must be convergent with heat-treatment of all types of steels like Austenitic stainless steels, Martensitic, PH Steels, Alloy Steels.
3. Must be convergent with processes like hardening & tempering, Solution annealing, Normalizing and aging.
4. Ensuring production throughout and the efficient operation of the heat treatments facilities.
5. Processing work as effectively and efficiently as possible, while at the same time ensuring compliance with the standards.
6. Liaising with the Calibration Engineer on pyrometry issues and standards/specification revisions.
7. Supervising heat treatment operatives and delegation responsibilities accordingly.
8. Liaison and providing co-operation with production supervision and personnel, as appropriate, to ensure the correct prioritization of work.
9. Maintaining heat treatment approvals.
10. The correct performance and serviceability of all heat treatment equipment and the ordering of all heat treatment consumables.
11. Managing staff and workmen in shifts.
12. Maintaining calibration and health of all the heat treatment equipment.
13. Maintaining the all the process parameters like temperature, soaking time for each type of material.
14. Guiding all the staff, operators, workmen for efficiently completing all the tasks given.
15. Managing all the system related (QMS & EHS) work.
16. Maintaining all the process related and system related documentation.
17. Experience in NADCAP will be an added advantage.
