Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamicprofessional to lead and expand our Employee Benefit & Institutional Salesvertical. The AVP will be responsible for driving corporate solutions, employeeliability management, and risk protection strategies, while also engaging withfinancial institutions to strengthen business partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Employee Benefits & Corporate Solutions:
Drive employee benefit solutions, includingretirement and pension plans, across key markets.
Advise corporate clients on asset liabilitymanagement (ALM) for defined benefit liabilities such as gratuity, leaveencashment, and superannuation.
Grow the risk business portfolio across givengeographies.
2. Institutional Sales & Financial InstitutionsEngagement:
Drive business acquisition and portfolioexpansion across institutional channels.
Secure approval at an organizational level topermit client employees to purchase annuities.
Promote and facilitate Group to retail digitalsolutions for corporate clients.
Develop and maintain relationships withcorporate clients, i.e., cooperative banks, and financial institutions to offerrisk protection and liability management solutions.
3. Business Development & Tender Participation:
Lead proposal analysis and tender documentationreview to secure large corporate and institutional deals.
Conduct requirement gathering and marketanalysis to tailor solutions for clients.
Collaborate with finance, HR, and compensationheads to structure competitive proposals.
4. Leadership & Strategy Execution:
Develop and execute strategies to achieverevenue and business growth targets.
Expand market presence in key regions, includingMumbai, Maharashtra, Goa, and Chhattisgarh.
Work cross-functionally with internalstakeholders to enhance business offerings.
Guide Team members to facilitate their targetachievement
Educational Qualification & Technical Competencies:
10+ years of experience in institutional sales, employee benefits, corporate pension, or insurance solutions.
Strong expertise in asset liability management, risk protection, and financial consulting for corporate clients.
Proven track record of managing large accountsand institutional sales.
Experience in RFP analysis, tenderdocumentation, and deal structuring.
Excellent relationship management andnegotiation skills.
Strongstrategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
