Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions
Budgeting and Forecasting:Work closely with department heads to prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis
Financial Reporting:Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to management
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Decision Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives
Evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and provide recommendations
Risk Management:Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate potential issues
Stay informed about industry trends and economic factors affecting the business
Ad Hoc Analysis:Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support special projects or senior management requests
