All the core projects where they will get the credit are kept with them while the other routine activities are left with other employees. Since, SUD is a new and small company, thus higher management is inclusive, which makes learning experience more fruitful.

Age and gender dimension is more inclined towards 40+ years males, which sometimes act as a barrier in including new thoughts and way of working making it little out schooled. And work life balance is not promoted as it should be.

You can see dislike in everything like reporting to area head manager call you 4 to 5 times daily 10am to 6pm(working hours) after 6pm you will have attended con call meeting in Google meet by 7pm to 9pm. If you miss any day attendence your regularisation will be reject by your senior, so that your salary can be cut, from this they think that employee will work hard. I have already lost 6 days salary. They will give p/day pressure for new business. Day night both. Means you can't survive 6 month here. If you want to join here then go but search another company too so that you have a back up after take pressure you will have to resign near by .
