The Vice President (Sales) – Liability will lead the sales strategy and execution for liability products, driving revenue growth and market share. This role involves managing key client relationships, expanding the client base, and leading a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for liability products to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal alignment.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Collaborate with product and risk teams to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Strong understanding of liability products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
