Head Barista

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily coffee operations and ensure high-quality beverage preparation.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain consistency in coffee making.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans and equipment.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the caf.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a senior barista or head barista.
• Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
