Job Description

The Outbound Marketing Specialist will focus ondriving lead generation through targeted outbound marketing strategies. Thisincludes executing email campaigns, cold outreach, lead nurturing, eventmarketing, and other direct marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in B2B marketing, with a focus on developing and executingoutbound strategies that engage prospects and drive business growth in the ITsolutions space.

Requirements

1. Develop and implement targetedoutbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for sales teams, witha focus on IT solutions.

2. Design and executemulti-channel outbound campaigns, including cold emails, phone outreach,LinkedIn messaging, and direct mail.

3. Research and identify keytarget audiences, prospects, and decision-makers within target industries.

4. Build and manage outbound salesfunnels, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and maintaining detailed recordsof interactions.

5. Conduct market research toidentify new target segments and business opportunities for outbound campaigns.

6. Create and manage emailcampaigns aimed at engaging and nurturing cold leads.

7. Coordinate with sales andcustomer success teams to ensure that outreach efforts align with companyobjectives and messaging.

8. Provide regular reports on theperformance of outbound campaigns, including key metrics like response rates,meeting bookings, and conversion rates.

9. Maintain accurate andup-to-date lead and contact data in CRM systems
