Job Summary:

The Data Management Executive is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and maintaining data to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility. This role involves managing databases, supporting data-driven decision-making, and implementing best practices for data governance. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality checks.
• Manage and update databases to support business operations and reporting.
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless data integration.
• Safeguard data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in the migration, backup, and recovery of data as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, database administration, or a related role.
• Proficiency in database management tools such as Goggle Sheets, Apps scripts, Web apps, SQL, MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data management solutions.
