Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Dashboard Creation & Reporting
• Advanced Excel Reporting
• Coding & Automation:
• Google Suite Integration
• Mail Merge & Email Automation
• Email Automation for Daily Reports

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting, data automation, or business intelligence roles.
• Proven experience in Power BI, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel.
• Strong background in coding languages such as Java, SQL, VBA, and Google Apps Script.
• Hands-on experience in automating email systems, reports, and communication processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Power BI and Looker Studio for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with macros, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
• Experience with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Forms) for data handling and automation.
• Strong understanding of SQL for database management and querying.
• Familiarity with Mail Merge for bulk email distribution.
• Ability to automate workflows using VBA, Google Apps Script, and other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp automation and bots (optional but a plus).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
