Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Product Design Engineer with experience in designing digital products in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human-centered design, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop digital products for the banking industry.

- Apply human-centered design methods and W3C (AA+) accessibility standards to create inclusive B2B

banking experiences.

- Conduct user research, gather insights, and understand user needs and behaviors.

- Create compelling designs, wireframes, prototypes, and interactions to support product ideation.

- Present and articulate design thinking, conduct design reviews, and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in product UX/UI design in the banking domain.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong proficiency in Figma and other latest design tools.

- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work is required.

- Experience in conducting research, usability testing, and gathering insights.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
