This role requires a creative professional with a strong understanding of design psychology and a passion for user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities :

1. User-Centric Design :

- Develop intuitive, engaging user experiences informed by user research and psychological principles.

- Address cognitive load, visual hierarchy, and user decision-making through thoughtful design strategies.

2. Project Ownership :

- Lead UX projects independently from concept to delivery.

- Ensure the timely completion of high-quality design solutions.

3. Communication & Briefing :

- Gather and deliver clear, actionable design briefs.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on project goals.

4. Design & Prototyping :

- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.

- Ensure designs are scalable, usable, and aligned with business objectives.

5. Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.

- Ensure seamless integration of user experience principles in product development.

6. Research & Testing :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

- Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance design solutions.

7. Team Communication :

- Promote clear and effective communication across teams.

- Foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a track record of managing projects independently.

- Prior remote work experience is an advantage.

Tools & Skills :

- Expert proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.

- Strong understanding of design psychology, including user behavior, decision-making, and cognitive processes.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong ability to manage cross-team relationships and align efforts towards common goals.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working effectively in a remote setup.
