This role requires a creative professional with a strong understanding of design psychology and a passion for user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities :

1. User-Centric Design :

• Develop intuitive, engaging user experiences informed by user research and psychological principles.
• Address cognitive load, visual hierarchy, and user decision-making through thoughtful design strategies.

• Lead UX projects independently from concept to delivery.
• Ensure the timely completion of high-quality design solutions.

• Gather and deliver clear, actionable design briefs.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on project goals.

• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Ensure designs are scalable, usable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of user experience principles in product development.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance design solutions.

• Promote clear and effective communication across teams.
• Foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment.

Experience :

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a track record of managing projects independently.
• Prior remote work experience is an advantage.

• Expert proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong understanding of design psychology, including user behavior, decision-making, and cognitive processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong ability to manage cross-team relationships and align efforts towards common goals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working effectively in a remote setup.

• Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
