The Job:

As a Sales Associate, you ll work with T&O Commercial team working and you ll get to:

• 1. *Platform Management: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the E-Marketplace, ensuring seamless functionality, and resolving technical issues promptly.

  2. *Vendor Management: * Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and resolving vendor-related issues.

  3. *Catalog Management: * Ensure accurate and up-to-date product catalogs, managing product uploads, and verifying dealer-provided information.

  4. *Order Management: * Oversee the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and resolving order-related issues.

  5. *Reporting and Analytics: * Generate reports on platform performance, dealer sales, and buyer behavior, providing insights for business development and improvement.

  6. *Compliance and Risk Management: * Ensure compliance with government regulations, platform policies, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

  7. *Stakeholder Collaboration: * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement teams, to ensure alignment and effective platform operations.

The Person:

• Diploma/BE/BTech/Graduate.
• 2-4 years of Sales experience - Channel Sales & End-User (B2B) Sales.
