Your Role:
This position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer interaction, and travelling within the region. Your technical expertise will help us deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. Here as what you âll be doing:

1. Installation & Commissioning: Install new equipment or systems, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning as intended.
2. Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Repair: Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns. When equipment malfunctions, service engineers diagnose the problem, using their technical knowledge and tools to identify the root cause of issues.

After diagnosing a problem, carry out repairs, which may involve replacing parts, recalibrating systems, or making adjustments to restore functionality.

1. Customer Support: Interact with customers, providing technical support and guidance, spares & inventory management, work closely with Maint team to improve the efficiency & Productivity of our Systems.
2. Documentation: Maintain records of service activities, including repairs made, parts replaced, and maintenance schedules.
3. Training: Arranging training to customers maintenance staff on how to operate and maintain equipment properly.
4. Collaboration: They often work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide feedback on product performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, E&Tc Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Maintenance or automation field, with a strong preference for experience in the Body-in-White (BIW) sector.
• Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of welding technologies, particularly stud welding, along with hands-on experience in automation processes, robotics, and PLC interfaces.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
