Recruitment Executive (MBA Freshers)

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in HR or a related field (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques is a plus.
