Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Technical Consultant with a proven track record of 6+ years in SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in resolving SuccessFactors-related issues and extensive experience in integrating external HR systems, such as Oracle HCM Fusion, with SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SuccessFactors modules.

- Design and implement seamless data integration workflows to load HR data from external systems like Oracle HCM Fusion into SuccessFactors.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance during migration and integration processes.

- Provide technical support for system configurations and customizations.

- Maintain documentation for processes, technical solutions, and system maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience with SuccessFactors, including strong technical expertise.

- Hands-on experience integrating Oracle HCM Fusion with SuccessFactors or similar systems.

- Proficiency in data migration, including design, mapping, and execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules.

- Experience with middleware tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi, or similar.

- Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
