JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
• Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.
• Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
• Following up with customers for payments through mails and calls.
• Coordinate with Courier Agency on delivery and collection of Products and Packages.
• Entries of Sales order/Sales Return/New Customer enrollment in ERP
• Sending Purchase invoice and Dispatch details to customers.
• Coordinating with HO-Supply chain team for Bill request with details.
• Assisting the HR department with completing the joining formalities of new employees
