Role: HR head with 6 years relevant exp.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist with 6 years of relevant experience at StaidLogic.

- The HR head will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR functions.

- This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Complete know-how of MS Office suite.

- Good organizational skills.

- Skills to multitask efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

- Ability to work in a challenging workspace.

- Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Know-how of employee payrolling system.

- Strategical thinking and mindset to contribute effectively to the human resources department.

- Ability to professionally interact with juniors as well as senior HR professionals.

- Ability to efficiently work in a time-driven environment.

Qualifications:

- Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills.

- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies.

- Employee Benefits management skills.

- Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
