Job Description
- Strong knowledge of structured analysis, design and programming techniques and development methodologies and have ability to identify, define and develop right standards, process and IT governance.
- Understand existing business, application stack & the infrastructure that supports them to help develop design patterns that helps in moving organization to loosely coupled flexible architecture\
- Work with business stakeholders and technical architects to refine enterprise API strategy.
- Lead a team of specialists and developers on API Design and Development and ensure that they are delivering as per the defined organization standards.
- Drive adoption of agile and iterative project approaches
- Provide estimates at various levels of developing APIs.
- Leads on Business Prospects and support to Marketing
- Proposal Preparation ( effort estimation, planning & strategizing, costing)
- Allocation of work and Responsibility
- Review of project deliverables
- Prepare Test planning & Strategy Documents
- Project Co-ordination
- Monitor& manage Test Execution
- Prepare Defect Analysis Report
- Prepare Status reports and MIS reports
- Prepare Project Closure report
- Manage project profitability
- Contribution to process improvements
- Champion the capability with internal stakeholders and deliver compelling technology and business cases for expansion backed by industry data .
- Administering Offshore Technical Delivery Management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to work effectively in a changing environment balancing operations and project delivery
- Experience in designing the applications/systems that are nimble, scalable and maintainable
