System Administrator- Windows

Position : System Administrator-Windows
Location : Noida

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Profile Experience
• Build a good knowledge of the products & technologies; in which Cloud & Datacenter
industry and ensure timely intelligence to provide best of the service to customers
• Keep an open eye on the market to detect any threats from competitors
• Should be a team player and ready to manage team in complex situations and environment
• Should have worked in Datacenter environment and understand the complexity
• Managing customers for project implementation, management of services and support

Technical Abilities:

• Installation, configuration & maintenance of various Windows Servers i.e. 2012, 2016, 2019
• Backup and restoration of data from backup servers
• Management, installation and configuration of Active Directory
• Install and configure MSSQL, Backup scheduling and restore database
• Installation, configuration, manage & troubleshooting of DNS Server, DHCP Server FTP
Server etc.
• Having knowledge of VMware, Veeam , Ms Exchange will be preferred
• Should have worked on Windows Servers and managed independently.
• Ability to understand Customer issues very quickly based on gathered information and
fixes these issue.

Role & Manageability:

• Maintain a pro-active and creative approach to support situations.
• Build trust, social activities & public relations with key account customers, work on
solving their problems and respond to their requests any time
• Willing to work in 24X7 working hours in shifts
• Promote the companys image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, customer
orientation and responsiveness to customers needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Academic Education:
• Bachelor degree / Technical degree

Experience:
• Minimum 1 years experience in technical / support
• Experience in datacenter environment and its knowledge will be preferred

Skills:
• Skills in presenting & managing team and ready to work 24X7 if needed.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Team player who is flexible and excels in an entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English would be a plus
