Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, records).
• Conduct internal audits as per IATF 16949 / TSO standards.
• Lead CAPA, PPAP, 8D, 7QC Tools, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and customer requirements.
• Support external audits and customer quality requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have strong experience in the Wires & Cables industry as a Quality Assurance & System Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 / TSO, CAPA, PPAP, 8D, 7QC Tools, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in AS9100 & CEMILAC standards.
• Should be able to provide relevant certifications such as CEMILAC and AS9100 as part of their credentials.
