Officer / Senior Officer- IT

Role & responsibilities: :

1. Creation and preparation of new SOPs (IT-related, Servers, Group Policy, Backup, etc.)

2. QMS documentation, including handling deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.

3. Data backup, restoration, and verification (e.g., Waters HPLC, Analyst, and database software).

4. OS Installation: Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 7/10/11 setup and configuration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DFS, data replication, WDS, DHCP).

5. Hyper-V installation and configuration management.

6. Firewall management (Sophos, Fortinet) including rule and policy creation, and troubleshooting.

7. DFS and file server configuration and management across plant locations.

8. Hardware and networking issue resolution (e.g., access points).

9. Installation, configuration, and management of antivirus servers and clients.

10. Storage quota, folder, and LUN user rights management.

11. NAS drive setup and troubleshooting.

12. SSL VPN and email configuration.
