Accounts And Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: -

• Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor budget variances and provide insights for corrective actions.

• Cost Management:

Analyze manufacturing costs and implement cost control measures.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

• Taxation:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Prepare and file tax returns and manage tax audits.

• SAP Implementation and Management:

Configure and customize SAP modules relevant to finance and manufacturing.

Provide support and training to users on SAP functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.

• Internal Controls:

Develop and maintain robust internal control systems.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Financial Analysis:

Perform financial analysis to support business decisions.

Prepare management reports and presentations.

Qualifications:-

2-8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:-

Experience with SAP / Knowledge of cost accounting and financial modeling.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
