Process Analyst Engineer - Internal Audit - Black Belt

Job Requirements

Quest is looking for candidates who are having zeal to build a career in Quality for the position Black Belt-Quality. The person should possess leadership ability, technical and process skills, statistical knowledge, ability to communicate clearly and motivation to achieve the desired customer satisfaction and business results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be a change agent in bringing in data driven approach in problem solving & decision making process
• Interact with Customers, understand requirements and achieve their KPIs
• Drive Lean Sigma methodology in implementing Process & Quality improvements across the center.
• Identify Improvement opportunities and achieve quality objectives
• Train Green Belts [GBs] using relevant modules & exercises Periodic mentoring of GB projects, tracking progress and driving timely closure
• Conduct Audits and improve overall project maturity of the Delivery Unit
• Active support in conducting RCAs and data analysis on problems
• Periodic monitoring & control of Quality Management System

Work Experience

Skill set required :

• Passion for problem solving & continuous improvement.
• Green Belt Certified (Preferred)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001 & AS9100
• Candidates Profile - Degree in Engineering with total 1-2 years of experience and min 1 year in Quality
