Financial Reporting
Consolidation of Financials as per Indian Accounting Standard
SAP B1 Knowledge

MIS Reporting and Analysis:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive MIS to support decision-making processes.
• Generate timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Analyse variances and trends in financial data to provide actionable insights to management.

Admin: Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles, improve systems, procedures, initiate corrective actions, establish and maintain fiscal files and records transactions

Key Result Areas:

• Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements; administering the monthly closing process
• Prepare Related Party Transaction on Monthly Basis
• Preparing Balance Sheet and P&L with ensuring integrity of all reported financial statements
• Co-ordinate With Auditors to Prepare Tax Audit Report 3CA & 3CD & Filing of ITR
• Collaborating extensively in Internal and Statutory Auditors and addressing & resolving queries during audits
• Timely Compliance and submission of all the documents (Stock Statement, Financial Follow up Report, Forex Exposure Certificate) as required by bankers
• Ensuring Timely and Accurate Preparation of various monthly MIS Reporting for Revenue, Collections, Debtors & Creditors Ageing, etc
• Dealing with External Credit Rating Agency for yearly External Rating and providing Documents as per requirement and sending Monthly No Default Statement.
• Submitting Proposal and Required Documents to Banker for Yearly Renewal of Limits and Lesioning with for Best Interest Rates
• Handling vendor payments, ensuring timely payments, resolving requester queries and Payment checking.
• Co-ordinating with Marketing Department to Reconcile Balance and Dues of Customer
• Ensuring Timely and Accurate MIS, AR/AP, variance analysis and various other periodicals reports to Management and other concerned
• Preparing TDS Returns Quarterly Basis
• Day to Day Supervision & Financial Export Accounting
• Maintain Country wise Sales & Stock Report
• Budget Vs Actual Sales Analysis
• Analysis report on budgeted expenditure and actual expenditure
• Check and Established Internal Control system
• Ensuring reclassification and accounting of wrong or unaccounted entries prior to closure of the General Ledger
• Preparing Cost & Unit Profit Centre wise reports, monthly, P&L account, working capital details and sales summary
• Formulating bifurcation of expenses in directly link with Production & Non-Production Department wise
• Preparing the Accounts Department reports and financial statements to be presented at annual meetings
• Checking GST returns on a monthly basis before filing
• Handled Opening of LC & BG for Customers from Bank
• Handling Management Personal Account and Filing of their Personal Income Tax Return.
