Product Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and Development:
• Lead the development of innovative designs for caps and bottles, focusing on functionality, durability, and aesthetics.
• Conduct material and performance testing to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
2. Project Management:
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

3. Quality Assurance and Improvement:
• Analyse existing products to identify areas for improvement in quality and performance.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and enhance production efficiency.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a key point of contact between the R&D team and other stakeholders.
• Present findings, prototypes, and progress updates to internal and external teams.
5. Industry and Market Research:
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies in the caps and bottles segment.
• Benchmark against competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
