Position: Product Sales and Growth Manager
Location: Mumbai / Pune (Preferred for Mumbai)
Employment Type: Full Time

We are a leading provider of innovative software solutions, including our flagship product, Lonar Suite, a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed to streamline business processes. We also specialize in Oracle ERPs, offering comprehensive integration and support for businesses of all sizes.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Sales Manager to drive sales and promote our Lonar Suite and Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Lonar Suite and Oracle ERPs.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Lonar Suite and Oracle ERP functionalities to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer feedback.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS or ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
