Role & responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the real estate industry.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
4. Manage the sales pipeline and prioritise leads to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
5. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
6. Stay updated about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
