As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing

social media accounts, utilizing CRM tools, generating leads, and conducting research. Your

role will involve supporting the sales team, engaging with potential clients, and helping to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibility:

• Social Management: Experience with managing social media accounts and understanding

of social media strategies for lead generation.

• CRM HubSpot: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM systems. Ability to effectively manage and utilize CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
• Lead Generation: Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques and experience in identifying and qualifying leads.
• Research: Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information to support sales strategies.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads. Support the development of sales presentations and proposals.
• Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on lead generation activities

and sales performance. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience into sales, inside sales, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
