Officer-Project Sales

JD: Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

Identify and generate new project sales opportunities, targeting key industries or sectors relevant to the companys offerings.
Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals for large-scale projects, ensuring revenue targets and deadlines are met.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings, and use this knowledge to tailor sales approaches.
Create and present sales proposals, including product/service offerings, pricing, and terms, for project-based sales.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and project stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the entire project sales process, from initial inquiry to contract finalization and post-sales support.
Understand client requirements, project specifications, and expectations to ensure alignment between sales efforts and project delivery.
Project Coordination & Execution:

Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) to ensure successful execution of the project sales process.
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Regularly monitor and update clients on the progress of projects, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on schedule.
Negotiation & Contract Management:

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
Review project documentation, agreements, and contracts to ensure that all terms are properly met, and follow up on deliverables.
Handle any project-related inquiries, issues, or concerns, ensuring resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, project pipelines, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, project status, and revenue projections for management.
Track sales progress, identifying potential challenges and taking corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
