Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors, retailers, and end consumers.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share through effective distribution network management, product promotions, and customer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive brand growth initiatives such as launching new products or expanding existing ones.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales volume, revenue growth rate.
