Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall Trade / AID, Projects, End Customers Achievement for assigned Territory
2. To be conduct Architects Meet, Influencers enrolment & Lunch and Learn with Key Architects
3. Closely working with Architects for timely specification, follow-ups & Closure of Projects
4. Responsible to send the daily Secondary reports to management as per format
5. Understanding market Universe and Monitoring coverage & reach as per Building material segment
6. Tracking CRM Systems for Projects Pipeline
7. Drive Greenlam Privilege Club- Enrolment & engagement
8. Network Expansion.
Desired Skill Set:
1. Excellent communication and Presentation Skill as well as interpersonal skills
2. Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, MS Office (Mandatory)
3. Should have good Connects with Architects, Builders & ID's
4. Should have minimum knowledge in Discounts, schemes & payments collections of customers
5. Team player.
