Customer Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to expand existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service quality, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of competition.
  
• Identify areas for process improvement within CRM operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (preferably from IT industry).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S /B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Proven track record of success in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, New Client Acquisition, Revenue Expansion, Client Retention, Client Satisfaction.
