Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting tasks.
  
• Prepare financial statements, GST returns, TDS returns, and Excel reports.
  
• Process vendor payments and petty cash transactions accurately.
  
• Ensure timely payment processing and maintain a healthy cash flow.
  
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in accountancy or related field (B.Com + M.Com).
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software with knowledge of other accounting packages like Excel.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws including GST & TDS filing requirements.
