JD -SAP Fiori | Front End role

Duties:

Implement and deploy SAP Fiori applications in cloud, including custom extension development and configuration for user roles, catalogs, and groups

Skills:

• Degree from an accredited college/university in technology related field
• 6-8+ years of total IT experience in any ERP application/large-scale application/system/platform /integration architectures
• Should have an experience of at least 4-6+ years on SAPUI5/HTM5/FIORI concept, system architecture, FIORI Launch pad configuration and app integration

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SAP UI5 and MVC Development framework
• Solid experience being part of cloud-native Java based applications using microservices
• Implement and deploy SAP Fiori applications in cloud, including custom extension development and configuration for user roles, catalogs, and groups
• Experience in developing Custom Fiori Applications in SAP Business Application Studio(BAS) and deploying them in cloud foundry runtime
• Knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform(BTP)
• Experience in OData Service consumption on UI using GET, PUT, POST methods and destinations
• Expert in developing UI5/Fiori applications in adherence to coding standards as well as SAP best practices, follow security coding best practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities
• Advanced understanding of software test methodologies and experience with testing automation tools
• UX/UI Design Thinking [Highly focused on UX: Prototype, leading Design Think workshops Responsive UI design for mobile & tablets]
• Should be able to tie up all elements of the Fiori custom application [UI5, oData, CDS and Hana Modeling, Security, UX principles]
• Should be strong in Charts (UI5, D3 etc.,), Maps (Geo & Analytical Maps)
• Should have experience in creating frameworks on top of UI5 SMART controls.
• Develop, test, debug, and implement SAP Fiori applications by working closely with functional and testing teams
• Partner with functional team to understand business requirements and prepare technical design specifications for applications of low to moderate complexity
• Work closely with customers, product owner, UX designers plus usability experts to present compelling user experience.

• Maintains a current awareness of SAP product developments and trends and determine how they can be used to enhance productivity.
• Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

• Good to have exposure to Smart template / Fiori Element, Fiori Theme Building.
• Good to have SAP UI5 Certifications.

• Exposure to Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS/PaaS products
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills

with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources; experience working with others on a global basis.

Education:

Bachelors degree/Masters Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Engineering or related discipline
