Role Overview:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing and establishing the Dehradun centre, ensuring its operational efficiency, and delivering high-impact educational programs. The role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in project management, centre establishment, and team coordination, along with a deep understanding of the social development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Centre Establishment and Operations:

• Set up and manage the centres infrastructure, resources, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.

1. Project and Centre Management:

• Partnership and maintain relationships with local authorities, schools, NGOs, Hospitals, education department, related professionals and other stakeholders Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes within allocated budgets.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stake holders.
• Represent the organization at regional events and forums to strengthen its presence.
• Draft detailed progress reports, case studies, and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree in Social Work, Education, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, centre establishment, and team leadership, preferably in the social development sector.
• Strong understanding of educational projects and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
