Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct credit analysis, appraisal, and evaluation for construction equipment finance.
- Perform financial analysis, including cash flow statement review, balance sheet scrutiny, and ratio calculations.
- Verify borrower's profile through KYC documentation and collateral evaluation.
- Prepare loan proposals, term sheets and other necessary documents for approval.
- Monitor portfolio performance by tracking delinquency rates, recoveries, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA/MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of financial statements analysis (balance sheet scrutiny) and ability to interpret complex data.
- 2-7 years of experience in credit management or related field (construction equipment finance / commercial vehicles finance & related industry / SME finance etc).
