01. Maintain confidentiality of exam related work
02. Verification of Name, DOB, Eligibility with required subjects as per regulations.
03. Verification of Regulations, Syllabus and curriculum of individual programmes
04. Updating of courses in Software as per the curriculum offered in respective semesters and verification of Course Title, Course code, Credits, component, maximum and minimum marks.
05. Course enrolment verification for eligible students and compared with curriculum for courses enrolled preparation of not enrolled students list and forwarding to the concerned.
06. Student wise courses entry/ verification in Software based on enrolment.
07. Application Entry / verification Regular Courses, Arrear Courses, first appearance courses if any with Enrolment form and Nominal Roll
08. Course wise Exam Fees Updation in the Software
09. Preparation of University End Semester Examination Time Table compared with Nominal Roll.
10. Exam Date entry in Software and compared with Time Table.
11. Student wise Exam Fees verification and uploading, sending Copy of Fees Details with respective Nominal Roll to the Accounts office through Dean
12. Generation, Printing, Checking and dispatch of end semester examinations attendance sheets, bundle cover, final nominal roll to the Chief Superintendent office.
13. Hall Ticket printing, checking with application & Time Table (photo, Course code and title, date, session, etc.) and dispatch to the concerned college office for eligible candidates.
14. Practical Exam and Project Viva Schedule verification and approval processes (Courses, Internal examiner/External examiner, date clash, student count)
15. Student count – for a Batch not exceeding 30 for practical exam (60 students per day) and for Project Viva 30 students per day)
16. Project Viva External Examiner confirmation. Appointment order should have sent to the concerned examine and also to the department.
17. Receiving and checking of Theory & Practical Internal, Practical External & Viva voce mark hard copy (All the courses, student count, mark exceeding and zero confirmation, Examiner as per panel).
18. Comparing of Practical External Marks Practical Attendance sheet (Absent, MP, Detained entry deviation)

19. List preparation for unreceived Internal, External Mark hard copy forwarded to the concerned head of the institution.
20. Receiving and verification of Examiners and Chief Examiner List for Central Valuation
21. Updation of Student strength and Exam Fess Details to Accounts team
22. During Examinations –
i) Issuing of Duplicate Hall Tickets,
iii) Preparation and Finalizing of Examiner and Chief Examiner Panel for central valuation and preparatory works for digital evaluation
iv) Receiving of attendance sheets and making bundle details daily and verification of all the attendance sheets are received as per the register, Student sign, Hall invigilator sign, present, absent, malpractice, detained marking.
v) Consolidation, verification and scanning of answer keys
vi) Coordinating the Scanning of Answer scripts
23. Result process – Verification and publication of results
24. Preparation of Not eligible students list and dispatch to the concerned as per the regulations
25. Review Process – Review application entry, checking, picking of answer script with answer key and preparation of list and communicating to examiners, students, venue.
26. Revaluation for not satisfied students, review result checking, preparation of statistics for review,
27. Malpractice students result checking based on the punishment approved
28. Checking of Classification with CGPA Degree Completed list
29. Certificates printing and dispatch
i) Rough copy - random checking of SGPA & CGPA, Course code, Title, Credit,
Classification checking.
ii) After the approval of COE, Original will be printed.
iii) Proper verification of name, dob, course code, title, grade etc., facsimile and seal verification, Hologram fixing, scanning and sent to the concerned school through the Dean with list.
30. Certificates accounts closing (Used, Unused & damaged)
31. Dispatch of Degree Completed list to concerned School through Dean
32. Convocation Work –i) Degree Certificate rough copy printing for checking purpose, based on approval by COE Original will be printed.

i) After necessary checking (Degree Completed list – classification, Provisional certificate copy, name and branch, hologram fixing, signing in the backside of certificate) kept ready for Registrar and VC Signature
ii) Verification of Registrar and VC Signature, Convocation date
iii) Sending the Degree Certificates and Rank list to the Office of Registrar.
33. Letter communications
1) Circular for Not eligible students for higher semester
2) Circular for enrolment submission
3) Circular for Lateral Entry with necessary documents
4) Circular for Exam fee payment & Fee waivers list
5) Circular for Practical Schedule and Viva Schedule
6) Circular for Examiner and Chief examiner panel
7) Circular for attendance sheets and bundle cover dispatch to the CS
8) Circular for Hall ticket dispatch
34. National Academic Depository (NAD)
i) Renaming the individual pdf file, verification with concerned certificate list
ii) Preparation of Excel in prescribed format for data uploading in NAD Website after e-sign
35. Attestation of Certificates - (Verification of Reg No., Name, DOB, Grade, Credits, SGPA & CGPA, Passed month and year)
36. File maintenance - branch wise for different category of documents
37. Overall and Branch wise register maintenance for processing of Grievance’s and letters receiving on discussion with COE and Redressal must be closed.
