Position Overview
Role: Head of Sales (Founding Team Member)

Compensation: - 8-24 LPA + ESOPs (Performance-Linked Compensation Model)

Square Select Estates is redefining real estate advisory with a tech-enabled, process-driven approach. We aim to disrupt the Hyderabad real estate market by combining structured sales execution with AI-driven CRM & data-backed insights.
As the Head of Sales, you will drive direct revenue generation, build & scale the sales team, and establish strong developer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for direct & channel partner sales.
- Manage end-to-end sales funnel - from lead generation to closing transactions.
- Define & track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Building & Managing the Sales Team
- Hire, train, and scale the inside & field sales team (10-15 reps in MVP stage).
- Set up a structured sales training program to drive high-performance sales execution.
- Implement a performance-driven incentive model for the team.
Developer & Channel Partner Relations
- Establish strong relationships with top developers & channel partners.
- Secure preferred partnerships & inventory access to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate commission structures & revenue-sharing agreements.
- Sales Process Optimization & CRM Implementation
- Implement & optimize CRM-driven sales tracking for real-time lead management.
- Ensure AI-driven lead prioritization & follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
- Define key sales KPIs and optimize the lead-to-closure ratio.
Revenue Growth & Expansion
- Scale transaction volume from - 100 Cr (MVP stage) to - 500 Cr+ (growth stage).
- Build and expand a high-performing channel partner network across Hyderabad.
- Work closely with the marketing & tech teams to drive continuous revenue optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4-10\+ years in real estate sales, BFSI, PropTech, or a high-growth startup.
- Proven Sales Leadership: Managed & scaled high-performing sales teams.
- Strong Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Hyderabad real estate & developer ecosystem.
- Data-Driven Execution: Experience in CRM, lead automation, and sales analytics.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for building & scaling a disruptive business.
Compensation & ESOP Model
Base Salary: - 12-24 LPA (Performance-linked salary model)
ESOPs: 0.75% - 1.5% equity stake (vesting over 3-4 years)
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to transaction volume & revenue milestones.
