Technical Project Lead/Manager - Automotive & IoT Domain (8-12 yrs)

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Lead/Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution in the automotive and IoT domains. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage AWS technologies, and drive impactful technical solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Role : Technical Project Lead or Manager - Automotive & IoT

Location : Bangalore (5 Days Work from Office)

Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AWS technologies, including Kafka, Lambda, DynamoDB, Postgres, and OpenSearch for time-series data.

- Manage streaming data processing pipelines using tools like AWS Glue (PySpark) for efficient data transformations.

- Act as a liaison between automotive and IoT stakeholders to ensure impactful technical solutions.

- Utilize Jira for effective project planning, tracking, and management.

- Conduct vendor assessments, manage relationships, and procure hardware required for IoT implementations.

- Partner with product teams to define requirements, milestones, and deliverables.

- Ensure high-quality outputs through regular reviews and a robust quality control process.

- Develop risk mitigation plans and troubleshoot roadblocks during project execution.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automotive and IoT domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS technologies: Kafka (streaming data), Lambda (serverless computing), DynamoDB, Postgres, and OpenSearch (time-series data).

- Proficiency with AWS Glue (PySpark) for ETL processes.

- Solid understanding of streaming data processing and real-time analytics.

- Automotive Domain Knowledge: Experience working with automotive systems and IoT solutions.

Project Management :

- Proficient with Jira for task tracking and project management.

- Proven ability to deliver complex technical programs on time and within budget.

Vendor Management :

- Experience managing vendors for hardware and software requirements.

- Ability to draft and negotiate contracts and assess vendor deliverables.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
