The Autosar Architect plays a crucial role in defining and guiding the automotive software architecture within projects that utilize the AUTOSAR standard.
This role involves strategic planning, technical leadership, and close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs meet both current and future requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the automotive software architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and compliance with AUTOSAR standards.
- Lead architectural planning, design, and implementation strategies across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance architectural efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on AUTOSAR BSW module integration, configuration, and optimization.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Mentor team members and stakeholders on architectural concepts and decisions.
- Oversee the resolution of technical challenges, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
- Facilitate technical discussions and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new solutions and approaches.
- Ensure that all architectural designs align with industry standards, including ASPICE, ISO26262, and MISRA guidelines.
- Technologies to be used: In-depth experience with AUTOSAR architecture and tools (e.g., KSAR, Davinci, EBTresos), proficient in Embedded C, Assembly Language, and diagnostic/communication protocols (CAN, UDS, Ethernet, J1939), as well as debugging and analysis tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANstress).
Qualifications: Engineering degree with 8-12 years of experience in automotive system/software engineering, with a strong focus on AUTOSAR architectures.
Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Microcontrollers, Embedded Systems, ASPICE, ISO26262, MISRA Guidelines, and AUTOSAR architecture.
Skills: Expertise in automotive software architecture, strong proficiency in Embedded C and assembly language, skilled in AUTOSAR BSW modules integration and configuration, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
