About the Role :

In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind real-time, accurate data synchronization between our trading partners, ERP system, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Your ability to follow up relentlessly, collaborate across teams, and resolve integration challenges swiftly will be key to ensuring smooth operations and meeting tight project deadlines. If you have a knack for optimizing workflows, troubleshooting EDI issues, and delivering results under pressure, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities :

- EDI Integration & Management : Design, implement, and maintain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to support business operations and trading partner requirements.

- Data Synchronization : Ensure real-time, accurate data flow across ERP, 3PL, and partner systems to support order processing, invoicing, and logistics.

- Issue Resolution : Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and data flow issues to minimize business disruptions.

- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with internal teams (IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) and external partners to optimize integration performance.

- Process Improvement : Continuously enhance EDI workflows, mapping, and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Documentation & Compliance : Maintain detailed documentation of EDI transactions, system configurations, and process changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Project Execution : Lead or support integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in EDI and systems integration.

- Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and 3PL integrations.

- Proficiency in EDI mapping tools, translators, and middleware platforms.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

- Experience with API integrations and data transformation is a plus.
