Junior Architect

Role Summary:

We're hiring for architects for a role in either architectural design or interior design.

Our projects are premier residential apartments, based in Central Chennai, with office based in RK Salai, Mylapore

Responsibilities:

• Develop floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings (for architectural design)
• Develop interior design concepts, drawings, and estimates (for interior design)
• Co-ordinate with the architects, engineers, clients, vendors, visualizers as necessary
• Ensure adherence to standards, and provide technical guidance and support
• Research and deepen knowledge of processes, material, resources, and trends in the industry

Desired Profile:

• Architect with relevant experience in residential construction
• Refined design sense, along with strong technical skills, eye for detail, and desire to deliver high quality output
• Coordination, communication and problem solving skills
