Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural designs, working drawings, and construction documentation for residential projects.
- Create presentation drawings, elevations, sections, and details to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences during site visits.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in architecture or interior design industry.
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (preferably).
- Proficiency in Autocad Drafting, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Modeling & 3D Rendering.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
