As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, driving growth, and maintaining our competitive edge..
What will you do?.
Provide expert financial leadership and guidance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
Develop and implement financial processes, controls, and procedures to support the company's rapid growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and analysis, informing strategic business decisions.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance.
Develop and manage key relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
What you must have?.
Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on controllership, financial planning, and analysis.
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, innovative environment (SaaS or AI experience a plus).
Strong technical skills in financial systems, tools, and software (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
