What will you do?.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and improvement.
Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate insights effectively.
Drive business outcomes through data-driven recommendations and strategic initiatives.
What you must have?.
2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
