Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government and corporate clients across northern states (Jammu, Punjab, UP, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan).
- Actively travel across upcountry regions for business development and client meetings.
- Drive sales of CCTV solutions, Intelligent Traffic Systems, Smart City Solutions, and Access Control Solutions.
- Conduct high-level discussions with senior-ranking officials, including Section Officers, Undersecretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and, when required, Joint Secretaries & Additional Secretaries.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through effective networking and lead conversion.
- Present solutions confidently and convincingly to high-profile decision-makers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the security & surveillance industry, specifically in CCTV, Smart City Solutions, and Access Control Systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to engage and influence high-ranking officials.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the confidence to handle strategic discussions independently.
- Ability to navigate government structures and initiate discussions at various levels of administration.
- Willingness to travel extensively across northern states (10-12 days a month).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in government sales, tenders, or large-scale security solution projects is a plus.
