Sr. Executive Finance - Tumkur

Job Summary: Manage financial operations of the factory, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support decision-making and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations and accounting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor and control factory expenses.
• Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage financial audits and internal controls.
• Support plant management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and software.
• Coordinate with corporate finance for reporting and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have prior experience with an FMCG or related
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
